How do I get my existing members into Ordex?

You can import your member list yourself from a CSV file — Ordex walks you through mapping your columns to member fields. Or just email us at [email protected] and we'll import your data for you, free, whatever format it's in — a spreadsheet, an export from another platform, or something messier.

Do you charge transaction fees?

No. Ordex charges no transaction fees and takes no percentage of your membership dues. The money your members pay is yours.

Is my data safe?

All traffic to Ordex is encrypted over HTTPS, your club's data is accessible only from your admin account, and we never sell or share it with anyone. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Can I export my data?

Your data is always yours. Export your full member list to CSV anytime — one click, no lock-in, from the members page (Import / Export menu). The file opens correctly in Excel and can be imported back into Ordex. Need a full export of everything? Email [email protected] and we'll send it, no questions asked.

What happens after early access?

Everything is free during early access. Early users help shape the product and will get a meaningful discount when paid plans arrive — expect pricing from around $15/month, announced well in advance. The details are in our Terms of Service.

Can members pay online?

Not yet. Today you record payments manually, and you can include your payment link in renewal reminder emails. Online payments are next on the roadmap, along with member self-confirmation, digital membership cards, and events.
