Ordex ("we", "us") is the operator of ordex.club, a club membership management platform. For anything related to your data or this policy, contact us at [email protected].
We store four kinds of data:
You, the club admin, decide what member data goes into Ordex, and you're responsible for having the right to store it. We process it for one purpose only: providing the service to you. We don't use your members' data for anything of our own — no marketing to them, no profiling, no sharing.
We use the data we store to run the service: showing you your dashboard, sending the emails you compose, and delivering scheduled reminders to your members. We also use anonymous usage statistics to improve the product.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not contact your members for our own purposes.
A small number of services help us run Ordex, and each receives only what it needs to do its job:
Ordex uses an essential session cookie to keep you logged in, and Google Analytics cookies to collect anonymous usage statistics that help us understand how the site is used. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies beyond that.
All traffic to Ordex is encrypted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed. Your club's data is accessible only from your admin account.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can export your members to CSV anytime from the members page. To get a complete export or to permanently delete your account and all of its data, email [email protected] — we'll do it, no questions asked.
Under applicable data protection laws you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond promptly.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll announce them on this site and, where appropriate, by email. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
