Ordex is a club membership management platform operated at ordex.club. It is currently in early access: the product works and is used by real clubs, but it's still under active development. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Provide accurate information when registering, keep your password safe, and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you believe someone else has accessed it, contact us right away at [email protected].
Your club's data belongs to your club, not to us. By entering your members' personal data into Ordex, you confirm you have the right to store and use it. You can export your members to CSV anytime, and you can request a complete export from [email protected] whenever you want. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Everything is free for everyone during early access — no credit card, no trial countdown. Paid plans will be introduced with advance notice, and early-access accounts will receive a discount.
Ordex is early-access software provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Exports are always available, so you can keep your own copy of your data at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service — which, during early access, is nothing.
You can stop using Ordex and request deletion of your account and all its data at any time via [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if that happens, we'll still honor a request to export your data unless the law prevents it.
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll announce it on this site and, where appropriate, by email. Continuing to use Ordex after a change means you accept the updated terms.
